CCS Return & Exchange Policy

At CCS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your skate or street equipment isn't exactly what you expected, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and skateboards have not been gripped or skated.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
